Dear Octoswimmers Families,

It’s time to begin planning for our Fall Octoswimmers Swim Team season. Registration is now open for the 2025-2026 swim season.

Important details:

• Space is limited, only 22 spots per practice group.
• To make things easier this season, we’ve set up automatic payments.
• The first payment will not be charged until August 1st.
• We will only do registration once this year, but you can cancel or take a break with 30 days’ notice at any point during the season. The season will run from August to April, with breaks set up to align with the Gwinnett County School Calendar.
• Registration includes a cap and a t-shirt.

Registration Instructions

1. Visit our Octoswimmers Website Click on the link for the practice group you’d like to join and complete the registration. Pay the $25 registration fee. (That is all the payments needed until August 1st)
   
   • Practice Group 1 — Elementary 5:30 - 6:30 pm Monday and Wednesday
   • Practice Group 2 — Elementary and Middle 6:30 - 7:30 pm Monday and Wednesday
   • Practice Group 3 — Middle and High School 7:30 - 8:30 pm Monday and Wednesday
   • Optional Friday Practice (available to all groups): 5:30 - 6:30 pm, every Friday. There is no separate registration fee for this group.
   • Adult Learn to Swim: 6:30 -7:30 Friday
2. Once you’ve completed SwimTopia registration, you’ll also need to set up your automatic payments at:
   www.octoswimmersswimteam.com
   
   • Click the link and hit the registration button. Fill out one form per child.
   • VERY IMPORTANT — select the payment plan option. Please do not pay in full for the season.
