Hello Octoswimmer Families,

I wanted to share important information regarding our upcoming swim meet at the Cumming Aquatics Center this Sunday, January 11th.

Meet Details:

• Location: Cumming Aquatics Center
• Meet Start Time: 8:45 AM
• Warm-Ups: Approximately 8:00 AM

Please note that we have a very quick turnaround for this meet. You must declare your swimmer no later than Wednesday, January 7th, so entries can be submitted on time.  (I apologize for the rush, I just received the meet file)

Registration & Payment:

• All swimmers must be registered for the meet by January 7th.
• Meet entry fees are due by Thursday, January 8th. You can pay by VENMO, Apple Pay or Credit Card.
• Fees include:
  
  • $17.00 per athlete
  • $13.00 per event
• Total Cost Examples:
  
  • 3 events = $56.00
  • 4 events = $69.00
• My recommendation is that each swimmer participate in 3 events. There is a max of 4 events.
