✅ REGISTRATION CHECKLIST (ALL REQUIRED)

Registration is a multi-step process.
🚫 Your swimmer may NOT enter the water until ALL steps are complete:

✔️ Complete online registration
✔️ Pay all fees in full
✔️ Complete ALL waivers (5 county + refund waiver)
✔️ Sign up for volunteer jobs

📅 Registration opens March 1st

💦 LEARN-TO-SWIM

📅 May 11th – May 28th
🚫 No practice May 13th & 14th

At the end of this session:
• Swimmers will receive an invitation to join the team
OR
• Continue in lessons for the summer (separate fees apply)

Snellville Supersonics Team Fees

Learn-to-Swim: $125
• Includes t-shirt & latex cap
• If invited to team, remaining team fee of $45 is due
• If the family concession fee has not been paid, it will also be due

14 & Under: $170
15–18: $115
• Includes t-shirt & latex cap

📅 Meet & Greet / Suit Fitting
April 19th | 3:00–5:00 PM

⚠️ Competition-style suits are REQUIRED
• Boys: Jammers or Speedo-style
• Girls: Competition one-piece
• Recreational suits are NOT allowed

Swimmers receive 1 FREE t-shirt with registration.
Parent shirts must be ordered during registration.

Also available: raincoats, goggles, silicone caps.

VOLUNTEERING (REQUIRED)

SWIM is a parent-involved sport. We cannot run meets without you!

Each family must:
• Work 4 half-meet volunteer shifts
• Sign up at Meet & Greet (April 19th, 3–5 PM)
• Complete signups BEFORE first practice

If volunteer requirements are not met, swimmers will not be able to participate in meets.

Elementary: 6:30–7:15 PM
Middle School: 7:15–8:00 PM
High School: 4:45–5:45 PM

Learn-to-Swim (May 26–28): 5:45–6:30 PM
10 & Under: 7:30–8:15 PM
11 & Up: 8:15–9:30 PM

Optional Meet Prep (Thursdays beginning May 28th): 9:00–10:00 AM

Fun Fridays (Ribbons & Donuts):
• Home meets – Friday Evening
• Away meets – Friday Morning celebration
