Hello Octoswimmers Families,

It is officially back-to-school paperwork season, the time of year when parents are signing forms, updating emergency contacts, buying supplies, labeling everything they own, and trying not to lose track of which child needs what!

So, while you are already in paperwork mode, here is one more important item to add to your to-do list: Octoswimmers registration!

Practices begin Monday, August 17, and space is limited, so please register soon to secure your swimmer’s spot.

You must begin the registration process on the Octoswimmers website:

https://octoswimmers.swimtopia.com/

Once you are on the website:

1. Click the Registration link.
2. Select your child’s appropriate practice group.
3. Carefully read through the information as you scroll down the page.
4. Complete and submit the registration form.

After submitting your SwimTopia registration, you will automatically be directed to:

• A Google Form where you will select your swimmer’s practice days.
• The automatic payment system to set up recurring monthly payments.

Important: If you do not begin at https://octoswimmers.swimtopia.com/, you are in the wrong place and your swimmer’s registration may not be completed correctly.
